pkp55 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding personal agreement covering all access to the pkp55 platform (pkp55.app), account registration, and use of any of its services. By using pkp55's services, each player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms in this Agreement.

pkp55 is a platform offering football betting, live casino, slots, and card games for Myanmar players. These terms are set to ensure the best possible experience and full security for all players.

pkp55 may amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take effect on the date they are published on the website. Players are responsible for checking regularly for any updates.

2.1 — Account Registration Requirements

• Players must be at least 21 years old to register an account at pkp55.
• Each player may open only one personal account at pkp55.
• All personal information provided must be accurate. Providing false information may result in account suspension.
• No more than one account per household member is permitted — each account must be opened with its own independent income source and payment method.
• pkp55 may request a national registration card or other valid identification documents from any player at any time.

2.2 — Account Security

Each player is responsible for keeping their own login credentials (username and password) secure and must not share them with anyone else. The player is considered responsible for all gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals made from their account. If you are unable to access your account yourself, notify us immediately via 24/7 Live Chat.

2.3 — Conditions for Account Closure

• Providing false personal information
• Opening multiple accounts under one person (Multi-account)
• Attempting to exploit platform bonuses or promotions unfairly
• Hacking, fraud, or software-based intrusion attacks
• May be closed at pkp55's discretion if found to be inconsistent with the intent of these terms

4.1 — Welcome Bonus

New players at pkp55 can receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. The wagering requirement is 15x the bonus amount — meaning you must wager 15 times the bonus amount before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 — General Bonus Terms

• Each individual bonus announcement may have its own specific terms and conditions
• If you do not agree to the bonus, you may decline it through customer support immediately after making a deposit
• Winnings from a bonus may only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met
• If bonus abuse is detected, pkp55 reserves the right to void any winnings obtained from gameplay associated with that bonus
• Bonus offers may expire before the scheduled amendment period or availability period

4.3 — Refer a Friend

The referrer will receive 5% of their friend's first deposit as bonus funds (up to a maximum of 20,000 Ks per person). In addition, they will continue to receive a weekly commission of 0.1% of the referred players' valid bets. These rates apply to this promotion regardless of reseller commission tier.

pkp55's VIP program is a rewards system open to all players, divided into 4 tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum — based on wagering volume.

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Moving up from one level to the next is based on the player's gaming activity. pkp55 will announce the cashback calculation and payment schedule. Note that separate wagering requirements may apply to cashback amounts, and players must follow the terms as stated in the announcement.

pkp55 creates a respectful and dignified gaming environment for every player. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited:

• Using bots, automated software, or any auto-play tools
• Threatening, abusing, or using offensive language toward other players or staff
• Claiming bonuses repeatedly through multiple accounts (multi-accounting)
• Hacking the game system or making unauthorised changes to the platform that could indicate fraud
• Using software or outside information to predict pkp55 game results

If any such behaviour is found, the player agrees that pkp55 has the right to close the account, cancel any bonus funds, and decide whether to return the remaining balance.

• Information provided by players is used only to improve services, for KYC verification, and to comply with legal requirements
• Checks may be carried out to prevent financial fraud
• Players can view their own personal data and request corrections through customer support if anything is inaccurate

pkp55 works to keep the platform as available as possible, but will not be responsible for losses caused by the following:

• Delays or disruptions caused by the player's own internet connection
• Server downtime beyond pkp55's control
• Natural disasters, legal changes, or failures of third-party payment services
• Losses resulting from a player failing to protect their own account and personal data

9.2 — Dispute Resolution

If a dispute arises between a player and pkp55, the player must first contact us through 24/7 Live Chat or email to raise the matter. The player agrees that pkp55's decision, based on its internal investigation, is final.

This service is not available to players from countries or regions where online gambling is prohibited by law. pkp55 considers it the responsibility of each individual player to comply with the laws and regulations of their own region. pkp55 accepts no liability in this regard.
