Slots Questions
RTP (Return to Player) is the average percentage of wagered money paid back to players over time. A game with a high RTP returns more money to players in the long run. However, this is an average figure that only becomes meaningful across millions of spins — it does not reflect the result of any single session. RTP is just one reference point when choosing a game.
Low-budget players are advised to choose low-volatility games. These games do not pay out large wins frequently, but they award smaller wins more often, which helps with bankroll management. Try games in Demo mode first to find one that suits your style.
Yes. You can play games in Demo mode without creating an account. It helps you understand a game's features, bonus rounds, and mechanics. Wins in Demo mode are not real — you need to play with real money to receive actual winnings.
A Progressive Jackpot is one where a small portion of every bet placed by every player is added to the prize pool. The more players participate, the larger the jackpot can grow. When someone hits the jackpot, the prize resets to zero and starts building again. In most of these games you need to bet Max Bet to be eligible for the jackpot, so manage your budget accordingly.
High-volatility games involve waiting longer for wins, but when they come they tend to be large. Low-volatility games pay out smaller amounts but more frequently. The right choice depends on your available bankroll and how long you want to play. pkp55 has games across all volatility levels so you can pick what works for you.
Technical Issues
If your connection drops after a stake has already been placed, the platform server will continue processing the result. When you reconnect, you will see the outcome in your account. If there is an issue, contact pkp55 via 24/7 Live Chat — support can check the server log for you.

Live Casino
Baccarat has two sides — Player and Banker. You bet on which side will have a total closest to 9. Each side draws two to three cards and the digit totals are compared on a scale of 0–9. You can also bet on a Tie. In Live Baccarat, a real dealer handles the cards, giving you a more direct experience.
Dragon Tiger is simpler than Baccarat. One card is dealt to each side — Dragon and Tiger — and the side with the higher card wins. If both sides have the same value, it is a Tie. Because each round is quick, players who like fast-paced games enjoy it.
At pkp55 Live Casino, table limits are set to suit players at every level. The lower limits are open for players who prefer smaller stakes, while VIP Tables carry higher limits. The exact limit for each game is shown on the Table HUD, so check it before you sit down.
In Live Dealer games, you watch a real dealer dealing cards through a live video stream on camera. You place your bets and make decisions on your screen. The game result comes from the actual cards you see on camera, so you can trust it completely — pkp55 guarantees fair play at all times.

Football Betting
Live Betting (In-Play) lets you place bets while a match is already in progress. Odds change as events happen during the game, so you can make decisions based on what you are watching in real time. At pkp55 you can bet on football matches while watching them, which is why players enjoy it.
Yes. At pkp55 you can bet on a wide range of football competitions including EPL (English Premier League), MNL (Myanmar National League), Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and AFF tournaments. Matches that Myanmar players follow closely are well covered, so you can easily find the game you want.
Odds are the numbers that show how much you will get back on your stake. Handicap is a virtual goal added to or subtracted from the stronger side to level the contest. For example, if Team A is given a -1 Handicap against Team B, Team A must win by more than one goal for anyone who backed them to win the bet.
Once the referee's final whistle blows, including added time, and the result is confirmed, your winning amount is credited to your account almost immediately. If something unusual happens — a match is abandoned or the schedule is changed — the processing time may differ, so you can contact us via Live Chat to check.
An Accumulator (Acca) is a bet that combines two or more matches into a single wager, and you must win all of them to receive a payout. Because the odds are multiplied together, the potential payout can be large — but if any single match loses, the entire stake is lost, so manage your budget carefully.
